Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa

My husband and I were married on Resident's Beach, Marco Island, over 2 decades ago. We return there every year for our anniversary, and we always stay at the Hilton on the beach. The rooms are immaculate. The bed is comfy. The on site restaurant serves tasty treats at the pool, too. Plus live music outside every night overlooking the sunset. And the beach is spectacular. Great location - you can walk to many restaurants. The staff treats us like family - kudos to the manager who upgraded our room for the special occasion. Jones, Madison and Josh at the front desk. Dino and Miguel at the bell station. And the fun loving and helpful team at the beach hut. This Hilton offers everything you could hope for to enjoy a restful and entertaining stay on the beach.

It was clean and relaxing. Calm atmosphere and a great location.

We booked a Jetblue Vacation here for our 20th Anniversary and Birthdays. I had read a bunch of the reviews and was a bit worried but we were very impressed with our stay. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The shower was large and had great water pressure although the temperature was a bit difficult to change. Our room was semi -ocean view and overlooked a courtyard where they had a function one afternoon. The beach was fantastic. Walk through the lobby to the pool and out to the beach where every guest gets 2 recliners and an umbrella. Some had complained about the chairs being older, which they are but are perfectly fine. Another area down the beach did have padded plastic chairs but these were fine. There is a beverage cart that goes up and down offering beverages and snacks which you can pay or charge to the room. Towels are dispersed through a vending machine where you scan your bracelet and take the towels. We did not sit at the pool it was crowded but not overly so. It was fairly small for a bigger hotel. The restaurant was good. Patrick and JJ took care of us at the bar and Jamal was a great waiter for dinner. The only real complaint was the extra charges. $50 per day for resort fees and $40 for parking is a bit steep. Since we booked through Jetblue, we did not know the resort fee was not included.
