The room was not perfectly clean.

Very clean and a great location.

There is only one pool and it was packed. The lounge chairs were uncomfortable and there wasn’t a poolside beverage service. The beach front was full and they use a loud gas powered tractor to bring drinks and snacks. It smells like gasoline and it parks right in your view of the beach.

Everything was excellent. The resort was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing.

Everything was great overall. The hotel amenities were wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing — you have the option of a buffet or à la carte. The beach is right in front of the hotel, which we absolutely loved. The pool was also a great option, especially on the days when we didn’t feel like going to the beach with our baby. All in all, we had a really lovely stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was the room/view situation. When I booked the room, the photos showed a slightly different ocean view from a higher floor, so that’s what we expected based on the option we selected and the price we paid. However, when we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor. The room itself was not bad at all, but it was not the ocean view experience we expected. When we asked if it would be possible to change rooms, we were told that there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like much effort was made to accommodate us, and the person at the front desk did not seem very willing to help. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.
