There was always pool chairs & umbrellas available. The beach was so close . The shower /bathroom was spacious . Elevators were fast . Cute gift shop although very overpriced . Snow cones the one day were great . Towels were always replenished

That they offered free coffee , but no tea for the non coffee drinkers. Starting the coffee at 7 was a bit late . Our room looked cleaned when entertaining , but there were so many streaky areas on tables , mirror above couch and lots of dust on baseboards that made you question how clean it was . And a whole bottle of water was accidentally spilled at the foot of one bed and housekeeping just made the bed as is so the persons foot was in wet sheets , comforter for night . And housekeeping never came one day until we were all back in room & resting around 430 before we headed out at night so we told them to skip. We had to ask for towels since they didn’t offer any . Then the next day after being gone for a long stretch of time , we had to ask around 4:00 to have our room done. So we sat by elevator while they cleaned . (We left a cash tip every day ) Only ate once at hotel breakfast . Very overpriced for buffet & limited selections on menu . I had the parfait & was surprised at how little fruit was in it compared to the parfait at Doreen’s breakfast. Tried shopping at gift shop , but was put off by salesclerk having to seemingly come over to rearrange counter at the exact moment I had laid out some jewelry to decide which to buy as gifts . Felt like they do that purposely just to make sure people don’t steal . But she was in my way so it was frustrating. $40 plus tax to park at a hotel that you’re PAYING to be at on top of a resort/pool fee ???…insane .

The facilities and amenities were nice.

For the cost, I thought it would have been a little nicer. Unfortunately we did lose power but it still was ok.

Everything. Amazing.

Location was great, view was great cleaning staff was great.

Power went out first day, no notification until I text. No one could tell me when it went out as I had food items in the fridge in which I needed to determine how long it was out once it came back on. Language barrier!!! After finally speaking to the third person who could tell me it went out at 7:30am. BEDS were very uncomfortable - hard as a rock!!! Had to go buy a topper. Should promote hotels extras rather than handing out a book about the Island. Sent me a discount for the spa for the day we were leaving. Too many kids being able to use balls and floats in pool when was extremely busy.
