Staff at hotel was nice, room was cleanish and quiet. Good location.

The Valet was EXTREMELY rude. When we got our car back, they had rummaged through our glove compartment and our center console area. I noticed, at first glance, cash was missing and some things were broken like hair clips and CDs. I went in to complain. They "filed" a report, but then the manager asked me if I wanted to be reimbursed instead. I asked for a reimbursement, and on my drive home, realized that he never filed a report and that more was missing than originally noted: such as a back up wallet with important and sensitive information, as well as more money (Change), and an iPod that was used for music. Called back and they filed the report, but it took way too much time, as they had "written down the wrong license plate number and VIN number."

The beds were comfortable and I did get a room on a high floor as requested so my view was awesome. Hotel location is pretty close to everything downtown.

I had to return to the front desk on multiple occasions because of parking issues not working with my key card. One drink was $35 which I thought was outrageous.
