La facilité d'accès, le parking, la parking, le ménage fait tous les jours, la disponibilité et rapidité de réponse du propriétaire.

Il y avait quelques traces en bas de certains murs, liés certainement à des dégrats des eaux.

The villa is highly recommended. Top location right next to the beautiful village square with a super pasticeria. The beach is within walking distance and also a meeting point (depending on the weather) of a surf school. The seating area overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden is a lovely spot. The houses are modern, but in the centre of a historic environment.

The villa and grounds were beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Very central to a lot of points of interest on Sao Miguel island, and everything was easily accessible by car. Also, Ribeira Grande itself boasts some fun cafés, restaurants, a grocery store, and a beach, most within walking distance of Quinta do Passo. Our host Nuno was very friendly and gave us some great tips on spots to check out on the island.
