Location was great, town was very walkable with very good restaurants near by. Super easy to get to all areas of the island from this spot.

If we stayed longer, we would have had to find a laundry facility. Minor!

Good facilities and nice to also have a private outdoor space. The pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures, basically a plunge pool.

The property was so comfortable- great bed, large living area, lovely outlook.

It could have had a couple of extra cooking utensils such as an egg spatula and tongs for the BBQ.

Situé au cœur de Ribeira le site est exceptionnel un petit havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure au cœur de la ville. Les appartements sont très soigneusement aménagés et propres.

Location is on the city's central street, but it's a bit of walk toward the beach (downhill to there, uphill back). Parking was easy - reserved places, plus some free around. Getting in so-so, as second parking place is inside the courtyard, that car occupies space you need to turn around with luggage. Steep stairs up, no lift. The villa was 2-bedroom at the end, with private inner terrace and overall spacious for 5ppl. Inner garden territory is well maintained, perfect lawn and small yet cozy pool. The villa looks cool overall, I would love to have more service associated with it - like having cook come and do the dinner, have breakfast prepared and served.. Not by the host, but just give locals opportunity to earn more by catering and servicing. I got this in other places, wasn't an offer here, unfortunately. It's kind of too good for AirBnB style, yet misses more personalized service offering to make it luxurious, relaxed and free of cooking duties.

The building is modern, yet to me moderately comfortable (I wish to have hotel style beds with plush bedding). Biggest issue was not having an in-built oven, so you can't just put food into oven to cook and enjoy the evening, instead you need to truly cook on the cooking top. No good restaurants nearby. City environment next to piazza is dirty, loud and full of drunk local folks, so again, not enjoyable to walk back late evenings from far away. The grill is available outdoors (no instructions provided, no one used it from our neighbors within the stay). Having second wc would be good too. Overall it was Ok, yet haven't met my expectations.

Unexpected little oasis in the city. Very comfortable suite in a beautiful setting with a pool that is lit at night. Easy to check in and leave. Very close to the centre and the major attractions. Parking was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.
