I stay in a lot of hotel so food is sometimes much the same and boring but this place was fantastic. Great staff, food and drink

Great pub inn with friendly staff and easy to access, good car park and comfy bed!

We had a wonderful stay, really enjoyed the area. Paul, who served us most of our meals was fantastic.

Beautiful, peaceful and idyllic country pub. Efficient staff, polite and helpful. Lovely rooms and very convenient location. Great menu with a variety of dishes....wonderful cheese souffle, fabulous ribeye steak. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Brilliant as ever, sausages for breakfast are the best ever!

A traditional village pub, full of character. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was light and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Free internet access was included. It was lovely to have the choice of 2 dining locations, the main restaurant offered a varied menu and delivered excellent food. The Pizzas at the Chalet were lovely and we had a very enjoyable evening of live music on the Sunday night. The staff were really friendly. Good choice for breakfast. It was a good base to explore the area.We would definately return.

Beautiful room - the roll top bath was much appreciated. All staff were welcoming, kind and professional. We were there for a wedding but planning to return for a longer stay.

The evening meal was excellent. Initially I was disappointed that the outdoor pizza kitchen wasn’t open but I really enjoyed my food. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom needs some upgrading or a very deep clean, I couldn’t decide which

The stay was very accommodating from arrival to check out with friendly and cheerful staff. Didn’t have breakfast due to early start but it was offered from half 7am. The location was quiet and the rooms were nicely laid out with lovely hot shower. Coffee from machine in the morning was a bonus and much appreciated! Would stay again.
