We host numerous events at this hotel. The staff is always so helpful! Megan in operations comes to the rescue whenever anything pops up. In valet, Matt victor kevin Leeroy and Taylor make our participants feel welcomed the moment they arrive. Front desk staff provides info and helps accommodate any last minute requests. In events- Eva and Cesar are complete gems! They have become like family! Lily in the lobby bar is so wonderful to our whole group. We love the Palacio- a piece of San Antonio history!

Aye at The River’s Edge. Julia was our server and she was fantastic. We had the chicken tacos and the steak tacos and both were delicious. My Paloma was also great and a strong pour. Wonderful restaurant and beautiful setting.
