I loved how close it was to everything, it was very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful

The elevators were very slow had to wait longer than 5 minutes every time. When we checked out the bell hop ended up taking my husband down the service elevator because they waited for 30 minutes for a guest elevator.

"Perfect location with amazing staff"

The view was lovely. At night, the Riverwalk was peaceful. The location is perfect. Staff was incredibly attentive. Overall, this hotel met expectations and exceeded them. Did not use parking, but seemed valet was going smooth.

I can not say anything was wrong with the hotel. I had read the previous reviews and I could not say I experienced any of the concerns brought up. I can only assume they were corrected.

Sandra was our server and did a fantastic job. She handled the crowd at the lobby bar all by herself without getting frazzled when a large group from our conference showed up around 10:30. Great job!!
