"Great location"

The DeSoto is in a great location! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel desperately needs LIGHT. It is outdated and dark.

"Think twice before returning."

Good location Housekeeping was very responsive and helpful. Valet was friendly- very busy Restaurant staff was very nice, food was average at best Some of the desk clerks could have had a better attitude For the cost of a room, we expected much more than a small bar of soap Slow close toilet seats and room doors should be considered as we were woken several times by slamming doors

"Will definitely be back."

The friendliest staff ever. From front desk, to Charlie running valet, tenders at proof and the front of house at 1540. All are very welcoming and friendly. Charlie F. Is the best and so knowledgeable on Savannah.

"Weekend getaway"

We had a great time. Service was great the barista was very nice. The room next to us enjoyed loud TV but the text feature worked. Staff called and requested the volume be lowed a bit.

"Over priced"

Room on corner noisy, due to sliding not closing correctly or sealing correctly. Chamber person not cleaned room properly as dirty linen was put on the bed or maybe not even changed, hair dryer missing from room. Lack of information on how to access facilaties within the hotel. Concierge and valet service very good.

"Beautiful hotel, lovely location"

Location is great, all staff were great, especially Charlie, the valet. Bed was not as comfortable as we were hoping for.
