"Nice room, good service"

My husband and I stayed here the night before our early morning flight home out of SeaTac. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in, so the concierge took our bags to store them while we dropped off our rental car. The hotel has an airport shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, so getting back to the hotel was easy after the rental car shuttle took us to the airport. Check-in wasn't smooth because the keys they gave us didn't work the first time on our room door, so we had to get replacement keys. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with nice pillows, but the bathroom was tiny and the door almost hit the toilet! We had an excellent bowl of soup for lunch in the hotel restaurant. The room was fairly quiet for a hotel right next to the airport. We had to be at the airport by 6am, and the concierge/bus driver got us there on time, and delivered us to the Delta airlines stop.

Poor customer service. We booked king and Jamerah told us only double available. Mgr.NATHAN said king was $35 additional. They told us 2 different things. Would not upgrade us without the upcharge. Hilton honors members are not used to this treatment. It sounded like they were desperate for the $35. It should have been comped !

Location, shuttle service

We had request hand soap there was nothing in the room. The room was right next to the street and near an exit which was well used and awakened us throughout the night. The room had not been well cleaned, dust buildup.
