"Very Good"

Loved how close to the airport it was since we were able to just walk over. We were also able to walk over to the line to head into downtown.

Room felt a little dated and we did not like the sliding doors to outside.

"Excellent customer service from porters"

Excellent helpful service with my luggage from Raybun (spelling?) and Isaac. Isaac was particularly helpful dropping me at the airport, securing a luggage cart and giving me directions for the terminal. Saw bottled water behind the registration desk but was not offered any. Ate dinner at Spencer’s , was disappointed that the prices did not match what was posted on line.
