"Fine for what it was for"

Great location

The AC wasn’t really working, but the hotel staff gave me a nice credit to eat downstairs at the steakhouse, but I still had trouble sleeping because it was hot.

"Didn't care for this airport."

It is hard to get around this airport. We had someone take our luggage and us to where we needed to be. Also, we had to check our luggage in ourselves.

"Inadequate shuttle service, no list and found for personal property"

The shuttle bus transport from airport was horrible. Buses arrived at airport already packed with people. They were too full. They kept telling us another bus was coming. We gave up and paid for two Uber rides to get to hotel. We wanted to eat early, they told us restaurant was not open we could order from bar. We are at bar, I left my new souvenir hat at the bar. The next morning I asked at desk for loss and found. They just beeped security once. Then said no hat. The rooms were far from the front desk. They were using yard equipment outside our rooms up to 9:00 pm.

The shuttle service, the gentleman who assisted was good and friendly. The check-in was smooth and friendly and the room clean and comfortable
