Breakfast was a low point, wife's salmon bagel was barely tosated and my home fries were just a large 'tater-tot'.

We came for Sail250 Tall Ships event. The location was great! The restaurant is elegant and the food superb. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great linens, great style, sink and lighting were exceptional. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

Not much. I slept well so it met the minimum requirements. The TV connected well to my iPhone via bluetooth. Saw a nice sunrise from my room window. That was nice.

Glass Light is a soulless warehouse for storing people at night. I got in late, about 10pm, and the doors were locked, no indication of how I should proceed. I walked around back and followed a staff member entering through a back door. They didn't ask who I was or why I was carrying bags into the back entrance. when I found my way to the registration desk the person there blithely told me they lock the doors at nine and I need a room card to get in. No curiosity about how I broke through this military strength security system. The decor is harsh post industrial dystopia. Only the bedding was soft.

Classy little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk

Beautiful property and staff who went above and beyond to make your stay great. Highly suggest the valet parking, as the location is on a busy city street.
