The front desk staff person was amazing and positive. The young women that did our valet both coming and going was so positive and helpful. Coming we had many bags and the cart that we loaded was difficult to get over the step part of the door, not user friendly, but she helped lift it with us. She also gave use easy directions to a light show that was on the Wisconsin ship.

Beauty and location

Had to ask for more than one towel 4 times. Kept promising to bring some up. Finally after about 2 hours we received some.

Phone didn't work, staff not very friendly or helpful at check in.

The sink won’t drain. There were people talking very loud in the hallway after 12:00 am. What’s even worse, the waiter who served us during breakfast kept making impatient noise when we had some confusion regarding the addons on the omelette. After an unpleasant ordering process, the waiter took the order wrong and we waited for another 20 minutes for them to remake the omelette before we gave up and just canceled that order.
