Glass Light Hotel & Gallery, Autograph Collection

A truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient with check in. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and had a spacious, thoughtful and comfortable layout. The bed and pillows were comfortable; oversized shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water; multiple mirrored vanity areas; nice sized wardrobe with drawers for storage; high quality linens and towels. The bar on the ground level has a nice cocktail menu and the bartenders were very hospitable. Will definitely stay again when visiting Norfolk.

Glass sculptures are beautiful as are the glass sinks in the rooms. The bar hostess was very friendly. Room size was excellent and TV worked easily.

Arrival was most disappointing. the Valet blocked only parking space with own car and the front desk was rather unfriendly. All this can be corrected by management. Culture seemed to involve doing as little as possible for guests and having an attitude with clear evidence of lack of training. Our room offered a coffee machine but no outlook to plug it in. Fortunately I carry a multiplug extension cord. Window blinds heavy and cumbersome to operate

Everything from the front door to the top floor was excellent wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Norfolk area then the Glass Light
