Overall, my stay was good and the hotel met my expectations in most areas. However, I was very disappointed that guests were not notified in advance of a planned power shutdown from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A scheduled outage of that length is something guests should be informed about before arrival so they can decide whether the accommodations will still meet their needs. Had I known beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to make an informed decision about my stay. While the rest of my experience was positive, the lack of communication regarding a planned disruption significantly impacted my impression of the hotel.
