The microwave had no power at all and we called that in.

USThe HVAC in our unit wasn't working on arrival, but that's not the resort's fault, and they immediately sent out maintenance to try to fix it then offered to move us to another unit when it wasn't reparable. Our upstairs neighbors (children) were jumping, running, slamming doors, and talking loudly from about 5am, then even after the resort said they contacted them about respecting quiet hours, it happened again the next day. Again, not the resort's fault, but our young adult children were extremely unhappy that it not only happened, but that their early wakeup was repeated the next day. The units did not have good sound insulation in any direction. The unit was tidy, but some of the glassware, flatware, & dishes were not actually clean (dried food present). That might have been the previous people putting away dirty dishes and not the staff, but it still happened. Staff was extremely kind, responsive, and reactive to all of our requests, it just wasn't an ideal property for us.
