"Very Good"

Der Check-In war sehr langwierig und musste mehrmals durchgeführt werden. Zudem war der Fahrstuhl defekt und wir mussten die Koffer die Treppe hoch tragen.

Everything. It was clean, beautiful area, right in the middle of all Tarrytown has to offer, impeccable staff, with an amazing tavern and restaurant that offers delicious food and bevs.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO ACTUALLY HAVE A ROOM THAT YOU RESERVED!! In May 2025 I booked TWO hotel rooms. Today, Oct 23, I received an EMAIL saying that my Saturday reservations would not be honored and we were being moved to the Hampton Inn 2.5 miles away. I immediately called and was told they had to relocate 40 rooms. Seriously?!?!?!?! We booked in May and you moved us two days before our arrival?!??! I was told that our room cost double at the Hampton Inn which I can assure you did NOT as I just went on line to look at rates. If we had not prepaid for several activities I would have cancelled. WHO DOES THIS?!? I would NEVER risk making another reservation at this hotel - completely unacceptable!!!!! This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I travel extensively.

"Perfect fall weekend stay"

Large and beautiful room, patio overlooking gorgeous property, close to town, great bagels.

Only thing we did not like was the thin walls - we heard every word of the people in the next room. Was not a huge problem until a child was screaming at bed time for about 30 minutes.
