Sleepy Hollow Hotel

It was a great stay. Staff was good and store was walkable. Pool time was excellent

The hotel was excellent all around except for the breakfast

Pros: clean and spacious room. Across the street from a bus stop. Cons: I did not know that if you don't reserve a room directly from their site (for double the price) you don't get any breakfast. You have to buy from their restaurant. No free food whatsoever. Also, I found the whole hotel too brown. Everything in the room and hotel is brown and could use upgrades. I also was told there are walking paths ... There isn't. The pool was not heated and sauna not working.

The room didn't have hot water. I was supposed to receive a credit of $35 per day for 3 days. I only received $35 total. I'm not going back unless I get my refund. I've been going to Sleepy Hollow Inn since 2018 with my late wife. I am very disappointed. I also will not be using bookling.com again.

When we got to our room, our air conditioning didn’t work. I text the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance person to change the batteries and it was working. So helpful

When I reached It was ok. I had to show front desk that I already paid for the room I booked. I booked a king room and got a double suite not sure if there’s a price difference. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. The sheets were dirty with stains, the towels had stains on them and the bed was small for my husband and I. The pool was open for hours that made so sense. We had family to visit and the pool would be open from 7-12, 12-4 that’s was very inconvenient for us so we never got to use it. There were other things but we just make do for the weekend. Definitely will not go back
