We really enjoyed our stay

Room was clean but outdated. Great linens. No AC in hallways. Not enough front desk staff for number of rooms. Convenient location.

The staff was very very helpful/kind/responsive!!!

Did not like 1.Very noisey 2. Door key did NOT open door to lobby from parking lot 3.tv remote did not work 4. AC did not work 5. Bathroom sink did not drain 6. Too expensive for the quality you got. 7. Staff NOT particularly friendly

This hotel is fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

I've been visiting this hotel since we 2018. I've stayed at least 7 times because I like the location. I've always stayed at least 3 nights. There have been minor issues before, but these were worked out with the front desk. The hotel changed ownership sometime in the last two years. The restaurant isn't nearly as good, especially at breakfast. The last visit, there was no hot water for the entire stay. Booking.com (who I booked the room through) worked out a credit of $105 to my credit card. I thought it should have been $150, but I accepted it. I only received $35. The hotel front desk keeps claiming they sent it, but haven't received it. I'm going back to Tarrytown soon, but I won't stay here again.
