Upon arrival, I was placed in a room that had a severe ant problem, a broken phone, and a bathtub that did not drain properly. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, the issues persisted. There were still ants present, and once again, the phone in the room was not functioning. Had I not already paid in advance, I would have checked out immediately. This experience has been extremely disappointing and well below the standard I expect from any hotel. I most say Gregory at the front desk, was professional and pleasant, and he was as accommodating as he could. I expressed all of this to the front desk and that Saturday they didn’t clean my room.

Its a bit of throw back to the past. Lack of proper dining facilities at the hotel was disappointing and inconvenient.

O hotel tem quartos padrões e confortáveis. Nossos colchões não eram dos melhores, algo que imagino que o hotel deveria melhorar para o futuro. Mas como só o utilizamos para dormir e pagamos um valor justo, no geral, gostamos.

This hotel had very loud parties, no hand soap, no top sheets, and dirty bathrooms.

Very convenient place close to NY and not too close

I had dinner at the restaurant and the foods were excellent! However, just a bit pricey $65 for the ribeye steak, well over priced. However, my partner and I came for peace and quiet and the fire alarms went off 3 times in the building which gave us massive headaches, however this was for safety if there were a fire. However, No one came to us or called us to make sure we were ok and while we were outside no one made any announcements of what was happening or to give us directions on where to go and when it was safe to go back in our rooms. Later on we Found out at the front desk that it was a boiler issue, however the hotel should make better arrangements for emergency issues for the future. Other than that the hotel is very nice and rooms were comfortable.
