well organized contactless check in, including texts.Clean, decent sized room, and tv worked well. Quiet at night importantly, other than occasional seagulls Nicely appointed breakfast room too, i was pleasa ntly surprized to receive a breakfast with eggs and cereal based on what i paid. Close to blackpool north station, and centee of town.

slight musty odour in room, but didn't notice so much after a while.

everything was great

A good location in Blackpool. A nice bar area. The room was big enough for the two of us friendly and helpful staff working here. Value for money.

The only thing missing was a full English breakfast. But there was enough to eat for you

The staff were friendly enough, but insisted that the smell in the room wasn't paint. Indeed it WAS.

The smell of paint was so strong in the room that I could not stay. The owners disputed what I said and thought that opening the window would fix the issue. Though I had not so much as taken my things to the room, had literally walked in, smelled the strong smell of paint, and went immediately to talk to the owners, they would not work with me. I had to find another place quickly and lost the full amount charged for the room. Very disappointing.

Last min solo trip for 2 nights to relax

Had a lovely welcoming by Alison. We arrived late at and commincation was excellent via emails. Was a very clean and lovely room with all amenities we needed. We will definetly be back.
