"The Only Place I Stay When I'm in DC"

I travel to Washington, DC frequently for work and have tried plenty of hotels in the city. None of them come close to the Capital Hilton. The location is unbeatable — two blocks from the White House and right in the heart of downtown — but honestly, it's the people that keep bringing me back. Nesibu greets guests at arrival with a genuine smile and a welcoming presence that immediately sets the tone for the entire stay. The front desk staff is top-notch: efficient, friendly, and always ready to accommodate. But the crown jewel is the Statler Lounge. Tim Welter and the lounge team have mastered the art of hospitality. Whether you're grabbing a cocktail after a day on the Hill or winding down with a glass of wine, they make the experience exceptional every time. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel has a wonderful historic character, and the overall experience is consistently five-star. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. Fede is an exceptional Bell captain and provided a truly friendly atmosphere. Valet was kind and helpful as they worked to keep the entrance clear during a packed weekend, patience is needed but they were good. Truly enjoyed my stay
