"Unpleasant experience!"

It was a very unpleasant experience! I made the reservation and received a confirmation message from the owner, but when we arrived, the place was already occupied by someone else having a large party! This cannot be considered a double-checking issue on Booking.com’s side, because the owner was already aware of both the reservation and the party.😡😡😡

called him to ask what was going on, but he didn’t answer at first. When he finally did, he basically said, “I’m sorry, the property is already occupied!” 😡 I asked for my money back, and he said it wasn’t his responsibility and that I should sort it out with Booking.com!

"Looks very nice but lacks in service to guests."

Nicely decorated but not very well equipped.

Issues with missing light bulbs, coffee facility missing, toilet lock not working, blocked toilet twice, front door access not easy, owner took no action on the issues after being brought to his attention.

Good location, well equipped. Great shower.

Found beds a bit tricky to get in and out due to sides being fairly wide, but problem probably specific to us with one traveller during some mobility issues.
