Had to wait till after 7pm for my room to be ready and when I went up with my luggage the room was dirty and had not been cleaned yet. With bed unmade, dirty toilet, towels n the floor, after waiting over 2 hours

I have stayed here many visits, this was by far the worst experience for the money-I expected better

This was amazing! Loved our experience. Our photos were excellent. Would highly recommend.

It’s hard to park the car, people aren’t very friendly, and you have to pay extra for everything.

Stayed here for 3 nights 4-6 May for a graduation ceremony at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with our extende family. Nice and comfortable room, nice ocean view, pool area and Tiki bar were great.

What I loved most about this hotel was its location. Being a little farther from the city means there are fewer crowds and a much more peaceful atmosphere. The second thing I really enjoyed was the beautiful interior design and the delicious food in the restaurant. In the evenings, you can sit by the fire, which creates a very cozy and special ambiance. The best rooms are definitely the ones with balconies overlooking the ocean. The rooms themselves are also very comfortable and well designed. I always choose a higher floor because it’s much quieter. Special thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and support.

One downside was the elevators. Please keep in mind that during check-out time, many guests are trying to go downstairs at the same time with their luggage, so the wait for the elevators can be quite long.

I cant say enough. Wonderful, patient and very bubbly. Loved her vibe and enjoyed her during the entire session. She was very sweet and had a great personality.

Interior was very unclean and needs remediation. I became gravely ill from staying here. We had to leave a day early from our vacation and I required urgent care to treat raspatory infections.
