great vibe to the place, location is great, no noise issues. Gym could use a face lift and only having no microwave to use accept the one in the Lobby is crazy. Elevators being down has been an issue for 5 years

I love the customer service, the cleanliness of the place, the access to the beach, and the activities that are all close to the hotel.

The hotel is outdated. We were there for Jeep Beach. Our TV was broken for the majority of our trip, and I needed the noise to sleep. The cleaning was subpar, and the staff was not very friendly throughout the hotel. The bartender was combative with our friend when he asked for the hockey game while one TV was showing a recap show with no sound or captions. We then had a biling issue and the woman in accounting spoke over me frequntly and said "let me break it down for you".

Location was great. Just a few miles away from International Speedway where the Jeep Beach event was being held. The atmosphere was nice. My room was worn out in several places. The towels felt like a loofah sponge, very, very scratchy and frayed. Sheets and comforter were very thin. I think this hotels needs some upgrades. I don't feel I had gotten my money's worth at this hotel.

I, absolutely, loved this resort on my first trip to Daytona in 2025, and recommended it to friends. I returned for Jeep Week; however, it was not as special and as clean as I had remembered. I had to strip the bed, the first night because someone else's hair (not just a strand or two), were underneath the fitted sheet. It was so disturbing. The housekeeper was fantastic!
