Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Fe

Thank u to Sandy for personally helping with a broken tub stopper. She went out and bought one. Property needs maintenance. Doors r difficult to open, both exterior and to guest rooms. Would be difficult for elderly people. Breakfast needs forks. Only had spoons. Rooms are nicely arranged.

The way I was welcomed by Rosio, I felt as though I was staying in her own home! Her positive attitude and never hesitating to answer any of the myriad of questions that came her way! If management doesn’t cultivate the precious resource she is, it would be a colossal failure! Conversely, the area that the hotel is located in, is not the safest in Santa Fe, although this is really not the fault of the hotel, it’s just reality. Several good restaurants are located nearby, but I would not recommend walking to any of them, and I once lived in Santa Fe!

Room and hallways were older in below average condition

Clean hotel with nice room, but the beds are sunken and hard as a rock. Worst bed I may have ever slept on. In so much pain from back spasms I nearly needed to call paramedics. I will never stay in a Fairfield again.

From check in to when I left, every member of staff was absolutely wonderful! Special mention of the Front Desk Clerk, Rosio, (I sure hope I got her name correct!) who made me feel like I was staying in her own home! She never hesitated to answer any of the myriad of questions that came her way! If the management doesn’t cultivate her talent, then you’ve made a serious error in judgment. The positive attitude she showed is definitely one of the reasons I will happily continue to stay at Fairfield!

The staff were super friendly, and solved any issue i had which were very few. The rooms are newly renovated but it still smells like the rooms have been aged. I only used the fitness facility and it was always clean. I wish there was a cable machine or even a rack for squatting and bench pressing. Regardless, my stay was great and I would stay here again

The property wasn’t to bad in the sense of cleanliness and just needing a place to hang your hat. To start off the ice box was dirty with a sticky substance, the AC smelled like it could use a filter change and there was no hand soap provided for hand washing. The “hot” tub didn’t exceed 80 degrees . I was over charged and no one could seem to tell me why and each employee had a different excuse or answer. When I told them they over charged me and that I couldn’t afford the $377 on top of the $1,030 they charged at my check in. Mind you my reservation said $878( with tax) and was told the $1,030 was a damage holding fee and that I would get most of it back, well instead tried to charge me $377 (6 times ) I had to turn my card off. Was able to check out properly and was told to call Expedia and that the manager would call me back and he never did. I still don’t know what’s going on. I want my money back at this point
