"Disappointing"

The staff failed, to call booking.com. to get my payment issue resolved. The failure to communicate with booking.com ended up with your staff charging my credit card again. I'm still having issues with that a week later. I was told to call and speak with the manager Luis to which I did and left a message, I never got a response back from him.

We had a reservation and when my wife and daughter and granddaughter arrived to check in, the woman at the front desk told them they GAVE THE ROOM AWAY and I quote "there's nothing I can do above it " .Terrible service...instead of helping them get a room..she tells them there's nothing I can do about it...We will never stay there again

Unfortunately the room was super hot and the air didn’t work even after calling. I questioned the cleanliness of the sheets and towels as they seemed pretty wrinkly. No soap in the bathroom. It wasn’t awful just wasn’t the normal Fairfield feel
