Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

We are titanium elite and travel quite a bit. While everyone was very nice, helpful and courteous; two staff stood out. First, Westley kept an amazing MClub Lounge- so well laid out, so clean, & great selection. Second, Micheal, (an employee of 31 years!!), was always busy cleaning the halls but so very friendly. We look forward to coming back to Sheraton Indy City Centre very soon!!!

Awesome experience, friendly staff, vehicle was ready when requested. William was great and made our experience wonderful.

Very clean and we were upgraded to a suite for free and given late checkout. Very comfortable beds and sofa!

There seemed to be a big confusion about using a third party booking company. We were charged twice for our stay, we paid prior on booking.com and then charged again at check in. We brought this to our attention and were told that “We did not pay on booking.com”. We had to pull up our checking account and our receipt to prove this. We were then told to wait while they checked. The manager came back and said “You are in luck” we found the payment you made on our records… she then said this will happen when we use a third party and urged us to not use in the future? It was pretty frustrating as this was most convenient for us and the payment had been there all along they just didn’t go the extra mile to check before charging us again.

Horrible management! We were given a bogus $500 smoking fine in the middle of the night saying they have "advanced" detection systems in the room?? We don't smoke and as an 18 year ff/paramedic I made sure they understood how those particulate detection systems are non specific. Are gonna fine me when I burn popcorn???? We invited them into to our room...come smell!! They said no need and reversed the charges. We are platinum members, how DARE they wake us up at 6am with a bogus fine. When we checked out I assertively told the lady at the front desk how ABSOLUTELY unacceptable the situation is and was. She was instantly defensive, unprofessional and VERY rude. Craniorectal inversion is RAMPAT at this hotel. Management should be fired as well as probably half the staff. I mean it almost felt criminal. What other crap are they willing to pull?! Stay away, we will NOT be back!!!!!

Currently renovating don’t is a bit noisy

Booked a room for my boss, advised it would be a late check in and arrived at 11pm and was given the last room on the property under the exhaust system and the walls were rattling the pictures hanging, didn't have another room so he left right after midnight because he couldn't sleep. Room was prepaid and insured, and hotel would only give him one night credit not both that were paid for. Room was $208 for one hour stay, argued on phone with hotel and Hotels.com for refund on both nights, but would not. As hotels, you know the rooms you should not be occupying not matter how much you might need that $208. After traveling all day there to deal with that and find a new hotel in the middle of the night, was a terrible inconvenience and very disappointed in both services.

The staff was great and very professional. The staff gets better each time I come in town. This has become a staple for my time in Indy.
