Because of the ongoing construction on their parking garage and their valet staff directing me to another garage they believed was better priced, I was not informed that this alternative garage was closed on weekends. I had to confront the garage management because their signage for operating hours was placed too low to be seen from the lane I entered. In addition, the garage displayed misleading signs that advertised 24-hour parking. As a result, my car was locked inside for the entire weekend. Since I live in Michigan, I was forced to remain in Indiana for two extra days, miss work on Monday, and then make an additional two-hour drive to Indianapolis before driving another eight hours back to Michigan. I spoke with several hotel staff members about this issue, and even within the email correspondence, one of the managers made a claim that was untrue about the situation. Overall, the hotel did not manage their construction disruptions properly and failed to handle the matter responsibly after I raised my concerns.

Very sleek and clean feeling. Rooms were nice and very little noise heard from the room. Heard the people above us doing aerobics, but probably the least loud I’ve ever heard it in a hotel lol

"The all time best experience!"

I have never been treated so kindly. The hotel is beautiful and the hospitality was A1.. the best. The club on 10th floor was a shock. The food was incredible. A perfect place to sit with colleagues. There is a guy that sets up morning breakfast in the club. His name is Wes. He represented the hotel with a beautiful suit and I could not have had a better experience at the club breakfast. I give Wes a 20 out 10. Great all around guy.

This property is not what you'd expect from a Sheraton. The room needed a renovation. Looking beyond that, there were stains on the carpet, the shower curtain was dirty. They didn't vacuum adequately with crumbs laying around that were not ours. The bathroom was tiny.
