Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Yeah I got changed twice and nobody seem to want to help me and fix it

On a recent trip 10/2025 several of us stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Indy. I have never posted anything but feel I need to let guest know. I have gave the hotel and Valet company several chances to make things right after I was violated. soo... The Sheraton Downtown Indy told me to use the valet because the hotel parking was closed. Warning: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!! I used the valet and gave the valet my keys the next day they bring my vehicle back and I noticed stuff out of place. After looking closer in my truck the valet service destroyed the inside of my truck and stole about $900.00 in small stuff glasses, change, personal items. The Sheraton downtown Indy and valet acted like nothing happened, they had the keys but said they were not responsible after telling me to use them. They said they contract them and would have to deal with there manager. The front desk of the Sheraton Downtown and manager of the parking garage have terrible customer service and seemed as if nothing happened. I'm sure they don't want this to get out. Zero accountability for violating my life I'm guessing they are making a ton of money stealing small stuff from every vehicle hoping the customers don't notice they drive their vehicle around. It is awful convenient that there is no video of anything either. Also tried to call corporate and they said I had to call the hotel. No wonder why people get away with this stuff. I would never recommend staying here after this experience. Just think if someone did this to a few vehicles a day how much they get away with now I'm left with being out about $900 in stuff a bill from the hotel and charged for valet service the hotel recommended me to use.

Even with the renovations in process, the location was clean and accessible. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and polite.

Parking was a little confusing and pricey

Excellent National Commanders banquet Wed night, enjoyed breakfast in club lounge Wesley does an excellent job keeping everything stocked. He is one of tge best.

I have stayed at this Sheraton Hotel a few times over the years. This stay was an absolute “Great Stay!” My room was quiet, comfortable, and had an awesome view! (1543). The housekeepers apparently take pride in their work. And a meal I experienced at our commanders banquet was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The beef ribs were so GOOD! All in all, I had a GREAT stay! I look forward to my next stay! Travel safe…

Gym was good. Hotel needs major upliftment in terms of decor. Rooms look like still in early 2000's. Lobby needs some make over.

I booked via my mariott app thinking this place was “nice”. The parking is under construction. Valet is crowded and $55; greeted by construction tarps at the entrance. Overall vibes worn and shabby. My room was 18th floor. Busy elevators. Room felt musty and old. The AC shook all night long and kept me up. Very loud. The Tv was antiquated and only offered ANALOG channels. No ice machines on my floor. The bathroom was shabby. The whole experience was disappointing. Bought chips. An orange. Tiny bottle of prosecco. $29.99. OMG!!!!!!!
