William did a great job on valet . The stay was great. The parking garage being down was a little inconvenient but having the valet made it easier to deal with

"Thank you Westley"

We were upgraded to a suite. Club Lounge was excellent and well looked after by Westley, the best dressed man in Indianapolis. The garage construction did not interfere with our visit.

"Amazing Lounge Service"

A+ 100% good service. I came here with my husband, sister in law, and grandaughter. Our favourite server by far was Westley. We'd see him as we ate breakfast in the lounge and he'd put a smile on our faces.

"Terrible Customer Service / Cancelation Policy / GM"

What do you say about a Policy that denies you credit and charges you for a Reservation made due to a possible Family emergency... that is made for one day / same day and canceled 4 minutes later. At the time of cancelation there was no prompt indicating that we would still be charged for the room even though it was promptly canceled and it wasn't until I check my Bank Acct. a few days later that I noticed it. Now what do you say when you've been hung up on several times by Marriott Bonvoy when discussing this issue and finally being advised that it would have to be discussed w/ the Hotel GM who wouldn't answer his calls or return VM's (2) at all...period. I tell you what I say..."Goodbye to my personal and business patronage!!!" The lack of respect shown w/ this small an issue only reflects what could happen w/ a real issue ...very poor business decision from where

The room was advertised on hotels.com for what looked like a good deal. I was not told that the hotel was under heavy construction. Lobby was a mess, lots of jackhammering. Lobby desk was confused by my online booking didnt have the room i booked. Felt duped.
