"Great view and location, but not worth the price tag. Old and outdated."

The property is close to everything downtown!

It’s pretty run down. You can’t adjust the heating and cooling during the winter so if you’re hot blooded like me—it’s best just to turn it off.

"Valet experience downtown"

Rave reviews for Kyle that runs Valet. We came in on a snowy night ( prime time for check in and icy conditions). Kyle took my bags , welcomed me and gave great suggestions.

"Sheraton in Indy"

Hotel could use some updating but overall was fine. Concierge room was great and Westley the concierge was great and his fashionable attire wonderful. Valet parking retrieval time was terrible and not well organized. Most folks had to wait up to 45 minutes for the car.

"Good option in downtown"

Central location, and it was nice that it had a bar open late. We arrived late after flight delays and were able to unwind, eat and have a drink at the bar. Bed was firm. Room spacious.

Place is showing its age. Furniture look beat up. Elevators need an update. Pillows were terrible - too mushy.

"Clean dining, great service, dated rooms"

Let me begin by saying that I wrote a review of this hotel, ran it through Copilot to give my jumbled thoughts some structure, then tried posting. Tripadvisor asks for an attestation that the experience and review are mine AND THEY ARE!!! Let's see if they'll push back on my REAL review again. I spent 11 nights in October at this Sheraton. Although the service provided was terrific, I rated my stay 4 out of 5 states only because the rooms are in need of updating. At check-in, Raine & Sabrina at the front desk made me feel like a old friend. Their warmth in greeting me each day that they were at the front desk added a personal touch to my stay overall. The buffet breakfast was very good, tasty and impeccably clean. Servers Jessica & Thai were both competent and kind. Thai also works evenings at the Club lounge and our friendly chats became a nice part of my routine. And then there's Westley: affable and impeccably dressed. If he was in the lounge, he'd greet you with the latest goodies on offer. As a frequent business traveler, I've learned that it is the people who make all the difference. Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel's true strength lies in its team. They're the ace in the hole that keep me coming back (my next stay is already booked!).
