We recently stayed here for our anniversary weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was on point. From the beach attendants to the servers. The pool amazing. The hot tub nice and big. The beach beautiful. *bring bug spray * The food was delicious from the restaurant to the pool bar. We really had a great time. We are locals and will definitely be enjoying more "staycations " at the zota!

The room and staff were great! 2 issues we had that you charge another 6.00 for a teabag, never had to pay for a 2nd cup. Based on how luxury all was thought that was petty. The other item is that we are forced to use valet parking.

Ótima localização, praia espetacular. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, confortável e com mobília recente. A comida do bar era bastante boa e alguns dos funcionários da praia era espetaculares.

A internet enquanto estive avisaram-me que estava a falhar e realmente estava péssima. Todos os lugares de estacionamento eram por Vallet, achei isso péssimo. Mas depois não tinha ninguém para ajudar a levar as malas para o quarto, nem para trazer o carrinho de volta. Alguns funcionários não andavam identificados na praia, e nem se levantavam para dar agua, mandaram-me ir eu buscar.

Great place

Although our stay was cut short by a family emergency, the staff at the Zota Beach Resort was exceptional and truly went out of their way to accommodate. The Concierge, Hayleigh, was absolutely amazing. She texted prior to arrival to confirm if we needed anything, was super sympathetic about our need to check out early, and when I packed in a haste and left behind some belongings on the balcony in our room, she personally packaged them, went to UPS and mailed them back to me. I travel extensively and have yet to experience this type of service. I am very grateful to her, and will absolutely recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you, Hayleigh, for truly going above and beyond and for illustrating what customer service is all about.

Dirty environments, disgusting beach chairs and terrible service from the staff on the beach!!

The property was nice and there are bars and restaurants on-site, which was nice. However, parts of the resort seemed to be in disrepair and the service was okay.
