Location was great!

Pool was gross and when asked about cleaning it. We were told the cleaning guy doesn't work on the weekend and it pretty much wouldn't get cleaned. So we had to clean ourselves to be able to swim.

I arrived later in the evening, half delirious from driving most of the day. When I walked in, the desk agent was present but wasn’t acknowledging anyone in the lobby and didn’t acknowledge me as I walked by to my room (I used the e-check in). In the room, the carpet was severely stained between the bed and the window. There was no blackout shade in the room and the rod that held the sheer shade up was broken off on one side. The light from the pool coming in all night resulted in poor rest. Outside of the upkeep issues, the cleanliness was good, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was pretty standard. Usually I stay at the courtyard down the street and I’ll probably continue staying there.
