Great towels. Decent breakfast included. Pet friendly is a plus - but $75 for a small dog for one night?!? Too expensive. I particularly did it like that when the a/c fan in the room came on, there was a faint smell of dog feces. Ugh!

"Poor Guest Service and Even Poorer Recovery"

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and planned travel to Richmond Virginia to celebrate my mother’s birthday. I booked this hotel via the Hilton app and selected an available room. When I arrived for early check in (by 30 minutes), the desk agent assigned me a different room. The newly assigned room was dirty so I returned to the desk agent and was assigned another room. Upon entering the room, I quickly noticed an individual asleep in the room. I again returned to the desk agent who never apologized nor acknowledged the error (2 times). I left and booked at another hotel. Post departure, I immediately called Hilton Customer Service and filed a POOR SERVICE report. The manager did respond to my initial complaint but has not in 6 weeks returned the points I redeemed for my stay after several communications. I will not stay at this Hilton or any other Hilton hotels based on the POOR SERVICE and Even POORER Recovery from this experience.
