Location of the facility to the airport and onsite parking

Could only access through the front door and it was freezing outside. Had to walk all the way around the building

Close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport

There is no refrigerator in the room. Our booking was duplicated and the staff said they corrected it, we left for the afternoon finding our room key no longer worked. The next staff person apologized and said they had corrected the issue.

The bed was super comfortable

Well...at first die A/c was not to change...I called the front desk and received a blase' answer..than I called again and fortunatly 2 nice technician came and fixed it...lucky me.

If you value your health do NOT stay here as several rooms have black mold on the bathroom ceilings and in the air vents! Totally unhealthy!

We stayed here the night before our flight because the hotel offers parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, we noticed the door latch wasn’t secured properly, which prevented the door from locking. I tried calling the front desk several times from the room phone with no answer, but when I called from my cell, they picked up right away and sent maintenance. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue, grabbed a part, and came back to fix it. After that, the door shut and locked properly with no problems. The room itself was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay before an early flight. Parking was simple — the gated lot felt secure and had multiple shuttle pick-up points. After our return flight, we easily found the shuttle back to the hotel and headed home without any hassle. Overall, this was a convenient and reliable option for a sleep-and-fly stay. I’d use this hotel again for early flights out of the area

I love Sherry and her husband ( who cooked the omelets) Sherry was amazing and her personality is TOP TIER!!!! Me and my sister enjoyed her conversation, she made sure we were cool, and helped up get our vouchers together(after our besties came and paid to have breakfast with us) Her hospitality is AWESOME!! Sherry you rocked!!!!!
