Hilton St. Louis Airport

Place is just old and beat up. Once you get past the lobby, its like you've stepped back in time 30 yrs. Not an exaggeration. Will not stay there again on my trips through St Louis

The parking lot is unsafe at night. They have limited parking in front of the hotel. Most of the parking is in back and it’s a long walk from the car to the door. There were random people loitering in the parking lot in the middle of the night and the back lobby doors were unlocked so they came into the building. Around 2 am I heard someone going up and down the hall on the 7th floor checking doors to see if any were unlocked. After not sleeping much, I woke up the next morning to take a shower and the knob came out of the wall when I turned it. No I do not recommend this hotel.

Super convenient to airport. Really great pillows!!

Room and features were all old, rusted, and unclean. Bed made a terrible noise all night. Hotel’s air system needs serious work and there needs to be more efforts to tone down the drug use. We were getting hotboxed in every direction by the amount of people smoking weed. If it were just my wife and I, it would have been no issue, but with my kids, it wasn’t great. Really poor hotel by Hilton standards. The upkeep, the management, etc. This place wasn’t great.

Staff wasn’t helpful. Parking was inconveniently parked in the back with limited lighting and limited direction on how to enter the hotel. Air condition wasn’t working (engineer did come fix it) but staff at front desk was rude about the request. Top blanket was dirty, couch in room was dirty and bathtub/shower had not been cleaned.

HORRIBLE shuttle service!!!! Never again!! Waited 45 minutes for pick up from airport. Called 4 times. Driver said he just got the call when he got us. Awful

This has to be the WORSE Hilton property that I have stayed at. The room was hot and no matter what I set the thermostat on it was hot (77 degrees). The bathroom had no body wash, no hair conditioner and there was an open USED soap in the shower. The shower would not drain properly and as soon as you turned the water on it would fill up even though the stopper was in the open/drain position. There were crumbs on the floor Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday were the ONLY 2 days my room was cleaned properly. The lobby area was always COLD. I called to complain to guest services whose line kept disconnecting when I called. I finally spoke with the front desk manager who was apologetic for the issues and offered a few thousand points to be added to my account, but I haven't seen those yet either. The ONLY bright spots were Brandi and Teresa in the dining room. They were helpful and courteous every time we came to the restaurant to eat. I hope that this property will be looked at from a managerial standpoint because it is SORELY lacking the Hilton property standard.
