Close to main road

Cleanliness, HVAC (allergy issues), age and old appearance of building. Pool area was dirty and patio furniture was old and dirty.

"Other than the hot room all was well."

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was great and Ruth Chris Steakhouse was on the property.

The outside temperature was 104 degrees and the hotel was fairly cool. However, our room was hot, 75 degrees. We didn’t sleep well as it was humid, hot and uncomfortable.

"The whole stay was not pleasant."

Bad customer service. Air conditioner was not working properly. Thermostats was set on 68 F because of that room was hot and Iron was stained with burn. I have to call customer service 3 times to replace the iron. And we have to pay Additional for parking.

"Nightmare of a night"

Stayed: Jan 14-15th 2026. Had a terrible experience! 1) Room availability was after 4pm. Coming from DC I had to go to work directly because the room wasn't ready. 2) The rooms only blow heat and NO cooling, i repeat no cooling. So for any hot sleepers, you can't drop the temperature below 70 degrees. I was up all night even after turning the heat off. Although they brought me a fan. The so called window doesn't open more than an inch! Nightmare of a night. 3) Breakfast at their cafe was mediocre at best. Not worth for $20. I will not be staying here to say the least.

"Racist hotel"

2.0

Racist hotel. This hotel gives preferential treatment to white guests. They may as well have signs plastered throughout the hotel saying whites only just like during Jim Crow. If you are black stay away from this hotel. Only white guests are treated well.
