Hilton Parsippany

I recently stayed at the Hilton Parsippany and honestly it was a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, modern, and had a nice upscale vibe without being too “stiff.” The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the beds were super comfortable which made a big difference after long days running around NJ. The location was also super convenient — close to major highways, easy access to Morris Plains, Morristown, and all the main shopping/restaurants in the Parsippany area. Staff was friendly and helpful anytime I needed something. The lobby/amenity areas were really nice as well, especially the lounge and pool area. Plenty of parking too which is a big plus in this area. If you’re visiting North Jersey, especially Morris County, this is definitely one of the better hotel choices. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is the furthest from any Hilton I've ever stayed in. They were completely unprepared for the volume of guests that they knew were going to be staying there. Rooms weren't able to be checked into until after 6PM, and many even later than that. Every ice machine on the Hilton side was broken, so you could either purchase ice from them or you could walk all the way to the Hampton side of the building to use theirs. One of the elevators was broken, so you had to walk to the other side of the hotel or walk up 5 flights of steps...probably not such an issue if you aren't traveling with an 81 year old, but we were. Their credit card machines "went down" on the Saturday we were there, making their breakfast and coffee shop cash only, ironically during a convention that was predominantly cash only. Sorry, but I paid over $300 a night per room for two rooms, 2 nights each, and this place wasn't worth $120 a night.

I was here for a few nights during a business trip. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about this hotel. The location was great, the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. The shuttle service was great. There is a Ruth’s Chris attached which was fabulous for dinner. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

Class reunion

PRICE!!!!!

The Hilton was a perfect choice for our class reunion. Many classmates who have moved away from the area took advantage of the luxury rooms, convenient bar area, and spa facilities during the weekend. Jennifer Riello in the catering banquet department worked with me for months to customize our budget friendly menu. Everything went just as planned! I would highly recommend dealing with her if you are planning a wedding or business event! Good food and friendly staff!
