Arrived during front desk shift change to coordinate check in for myself and 100 of my colleagues. The front desk staff and members of management tackled this very large workload at short notice with smiles all around and absolute attention to detail. Bella, in particular, is a professional of the highest caliber. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the lobby made for an easy commute to a wonderful dinner despite the freezing rain outside.

Ashley from the front desk was wonderful. She helped me find my room in no time and I had an issue with the tv and she sent an engineer right away to help me. She was amazing, she made my stay worthwhile, would highly recommend!

Rooms are outdated - old bathroom dirty air circulation in room not fresh no microwave refrigerator did not get cold coffee pots outdated the desk phone to call lobby not working- I will not be using Hilton in future God willing
