This brand is an embarrassment to Hilton! Don’t let the lobby fool you. I booked an oceanfront room. When we went inside it smelled good. However that’s a coverup for the following: 1. Hair in the bed 2. Hair in the tub 3. Tub was dirty 4. Hair on the entertainment center 5. Something spilled on the floor 6. The furniture was rusted on the deck 7. Carpet on the hall was dirty. 8. The door to the stairs was broken 9. The room door was unleveled 10. The AC unit was filthy. 11. Elevator is raggedy This is an old hotel that is poorly remodeled and understaffed. I will never stay there again. They need to close it down and do a complete overhaul. The only good thing was that the manager was nice and canceled my room. I went to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Stay there instead because it was nice and clean.

Room didn’t get cleaned, pool was closed for the season even though advertised as having a pool, had to ask several times for clean towels even after I told them our room wasn’t cleaned, got stuck in elevator then elevator was out of service for duration of stay, breakfast was terrible

It was dirty and old and looking like it was falling apart. Had water leakage stain on the ceiling

The ocean front balcony was the best part. But then again we had a view of a camera that records the beach throughout the day. Also if you’re into watching the airforce do flyovers ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT this is your spot. Literally over 70 - 80 low flyovers throughout the night giving u no sleep. It definitely needs a lot of attention, paint peeling Everywhere, the light in the bathroom mirror didn’t work so there was no back lit part to it, with little to no lighting. Just not well maintained especially with a shattered glass in the walkway that looked like a bullethole. Oh and the parking lot they have u park in 🤦‍♂️ there was 3 spaces that had glass in them like someone broke somebody’s window out , and last but not least there was a human 💩 on the ground with toilet paper so the effort was there but seriously in a parking lot next to a popular bar 🙄. Oh and bring stuff to eat drink, a can of soda was 3.00
