Spark by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The room was very clean, the view was great and the location was perfect. I will definitely stay again, but we will wait until they are completely renovated. The staff was nice, but I'm worried about the check in person who overcharged us. 🤔

Location was nice

Was under construction. Was not very clean. TV didn’t work. Was never fixed. We asked for more towels and they were never delivered. Air conditioning vented to balcony which meant sitting there was hot. The pool was open to public. Music played was inappropriate for children.

What breakfast

Parking description and access to the hotel. It is obviously under renovation but that isnt advertised anywhere prior the stay or at booking. Parking is on another block and down the street.

Location was ok. The beds were comfortable and seemed to be new.

There should have been breakfast offered. Needs a microwave in room. Alsoneeds a coffee pot. The person staying beside is played loud music all through the night so you could here through entire hotel. He was never asked to cit it down. Needless to say we got next to no sleep the entire night.

Not a thing. It should be shut down.

Everything. This place should not be in business.

It was dog friendly but they asked to keep your dog with you at all times for their safety and then you couldn’t access the beach with them till 6-10 pm So we had to leave unsupervised in the room so we could get an hour on the beach the whole reason we went! But our dog was there when we returned phew!!!😅 The next morning we did bring him to the beach early not sure the beach policy but the sand had cooled down enough for him and we got some time in the evening with him on the beach as well!

It was under construction The noise was constant Pool closed only morning we had to use it No towels No coffee pot Parking was difficult Patio door was locked sent someone to fix it but they just unlocked it and then we couldn’t lock it at night slept with the balcony door unlocked Tv didn’t work Had I known and got a better rate I’d have been fine but they were not very accommodating the rate was better than others but I only booked because it was dog friendly I’m sure it’ll be better once the Contruction is complete but I think it should have been disclosed and rates dropped

If they were doing construction that place is great, incredibly hard to park once your already stressed out though they had roads blocked off and a small sign on the outside of what it use to be called and we booked through them boardwalk 501 or something.
