Was a good experience first time in Virginia Beach and also the guy on the front desk was so nice

I didn't like the room but the on the front desk was so nice and he transferred me to another l The one was much better and I just want to said thank you

I like that it was accessible to the beach even from the pool and the room was alright. I really loved the vibe of the pool the music was very good and the pool was very clean every day!

The whole building is under construction, they were drilling or something all day long so no sleeping in. Then the doors didnโ€™t close all the way unless you pulled them completely shut so it was very unsafe! When I first got there the lady was very rude and talked at a very low volume with all the construction going on. The elevators are very confusing and sketchy. The room service didnโ€™t come at decent hours and then completely forgot about us twice.
