Check-in piuttosto lento. Parcheggio multipiano enorme di loro proprietà ma messo a disposizione con un pagamento extra. Spoiler: il giorno in cui abbiamo soggiornato, il parcheggio in strada non si pagava.

The room was nice enough and spacious, wireless charger and work desk area.

However it wasn't cleaned properly.

We attended the yearly RDA for ballet training festivities hosted by the Albany Hilton. After many of us traveling via car or plane for hours, we were greeted with a check-in line that was over an hour. Exhausted, we ordered DoorDash for dinner so our young girls could eat. While ordering a cocktail from the bar, the bartenders repeatedly complained that they were understaffed. However, upon seeing our DoorDash deliveries they scolded and chased away all families staying at the hotel for ordering outside food. However when I pointed out that the only restaurant in the hotel was closed, they complained we didn't at least order food from the bar. And yet, they had complained about not having enough staff to make cocktails. Many of us had rooms that smelled of cigarette smoke, or had old dusty brown water leaking from the shower faucets. One fellow family was checked into a room that had not been cleaned. In the hoopla of all the ballet festivities, and coordinating schedules and checking out, I accidently overlooked a drawer in the bedroom where I had put some new clothes (two of which were still in their packaging). I called immediately and have been calling since every day. No one will help me, return my phone calls, and I am continuously transferred to an empty answering line. If I ask to speak with a manager I am immediately sent to the housekeeping number. No one has called me back, or even addressed that I was hoping to still recover my clothes and pay to ship them back. I don't even know if anyone has them or if they're sitting in garbage somewhere. The hospitality and customer service at this hotel was beyond a joke and I will never stay in a Hilton again. This reaffirmed why I only stay in Hyatt or Marriott hotels.
