Confirmed my reservation twice and even checked in online. Called hotel after online checkin to inform them I wouldn't arrive until after midnight. Was assured it wouldn't be a problem. Arrived to find out they gave away my room. Ended up driving 5 hours to get home. I want a refund

I've spent over two hours on the phone with the hotel and booking.com and no one wants to take responsibility and refund my money. Absolutely disgusting, will never use booking.com again and certainly never going back to this hotel again.

That is was close to the highway & resaurants right there.

Not that friendly desk attendees. No help. Dead bolt was broke. Had to do the flip lock & push a chair against the door. No Do not disturb sign, sounds petty, but really?! that hard?! Burned out bulb in bathroom, Broken lamp shades on 2 lights, One that didn't work at all, phone, who cares, but slightly under the bed, unplugged, nothing really plugged in but tv & lamp next to bed.
