"Would be better had I not paid for an extra night after checking out."

The location is nice. Guy at the front desk was nice.

I was extremely tired and ready to lay down. I had to go back and forth 3 times because my my card wouldn’t work. So the guy reassigned me to a room for the 3rd time and it finally worked. I only stayed one night checked out the next morning but was still charged for 2 nights. The lady at the front desk said I would get a receipt in my email I never received it until the day I was supposed to check out.

It is in a very nice location.

I had paid more for a pool view room. The pool was closed for maintenance and my room was on the second floor and nowhere near the pool. If I would have known about the pool being closed, I would have saved myself $50.00 and not having booked a pool view room. In our room the deadbolt lock didn't work. We didn't notice this until after we had left to go have dinner. Thank goodness all of our belongings were still there. Also, we noticed several bugs in the vent of the air-conditioning unit in our room.

That it was close to our event .

The room was dirty, the elevator was broken, the pool was closed, the cl3aning staff was loud after 830 pm, our room key was shut off at 8am when our check out time is 11, so we got locked out when returning from breakfast. We had 4 ppl staying in room and only 2 towels , had to ask for more . When I called I got a 3rd party claiming to be front desk but wasnt .. very not helpful . Place was filthy ... very sad .

Location and lay out of the building and parking lot.

Pool was closed for our visit at check in I was told it might be open in a day or so at check out I was told it would not be open for a while! I wish I was notified before my stay that the pool would be closed so that I could have chose a different hotel. Lots of little things that needed to be fixed and cleaned. There was no bedding for the pull out bed and even after trying to call the front desk I personally went down and they gave me to thin sheets and said that’s all they had. Hotel has potential but needs some work!

We never made it to the room. It took forever to get a room cleaned. The room was never ready got fed up with it and we left the hotel said that we need a refund from you guys.

Like the cleaning staff called off the rooms was never ready ended up leaving.
