"I was very happy with the good night sleep I had."

Friendly staff and a clean comfortable room. Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The tub was in need of repair, I could feel water squishing underneath the tub liner. The lighting in the room was a little harsh also.

"Once we got through all the trouble of getting settled in the room, the stay was okay. Beds were decent and stay was goo"

Not much, location was good

The staff were very rude, gave us a dirty room at first. Had the manager storm upstairs with her kids and ask who was giving her staff a hard time. Which no one was we just wanted to point the conditions of the room. It was blood all over the sheets of the bed and floor. Terribly disgusting. Then she realized that we were given a completely dirty room. The room was switched out. We were on a bus trip with over 50 people staying at the hotel and were told we all would be placed on the third floor for convenience. This changed. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Nothing other than it being kinda close to downtown

The Pool is closed thatโ€™s why I chose the hotel The room was dirty There where vapes and dap pens under the bed Bathroom are nasty

"I wouldnโ€™t stay again."

The lobby was the nicest thing about this hotel. The room felt dirty and most of the furniture was broken. The pool was closed, which wasnโ€™t disclosed to us during our check in. There was constant noise in the hallway, which I understand to a point but it was pretty loud throughout the night. When asked for the manager to call us, we got nothing. The whole stay was not a good experience.

"Mentally draining"

The bed was comfortable

I was told the pool was open through a phone call but when I got to the hotel the pool was closed for maintenance there wasnโ€™t even any water in it. Also my thermostat/ heater was broken the knobs were missing and I couldnโ€™t switch my room because the hotel was fully booked I was told. I was there for a mental break away from life and my stay was stressful and cold not to mention it was a knocking noice like pipes in my walls around my room I was in room 118.
