Prix élevé des restaurants à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, entrée de l’hôtel bloquée à cause d’une course à pied. Pdj moyen, café expresso facturé en plus

"The room AC did not work well the hot water heater was noy good had to take luke warm showers"

The location was the reason I booked the room I was running in the Jakarta Running Festival The breakfast was amazing i recommend it the pool and the pool area was very nice

The room AC was not good it was stuffy the water was not good it was luke warm the sheets were no staying on the bed the bathroom was dirty one sink was plugged up and nun functioning

全体に古くてカビ臭い お湯の温度が低くて、バスタブでもシャワーでも身体が温まらず寒かった。 エアコンの温度設定ができない。 テレビのリモコンがよくわからない

"Es war o.k."

Die Lage war perfekt für uns.

Es hatte sehr grosse Gruppen, die das Frühstück überranten. Die Zufahrt zum Haupteingang war sehr kompliziert und führte durch die Tiefgarage. Das war für die Grab/Taxifahrer sehr mühsam.

We have stayed at The Sultan Hotel many times as they host a lot of tennis tournaments. We are always met with a welcoming smile by Pak Tarmudi in the restaurant. He always makes sure we are looked after well as do all the staff. The breakfast has a varied range to suit all tastes. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable at The Sultan. Refreshing pool and gym facilities as well as tennis courts and kids playground. A fantastic place to stay right in the Center.

"Staying experience at the Sultan"

Love stay here, wake up and just go to GBK for jogging, good vibes, breakfast was amazing. A lost variative and staff so friendly . Special pak Tarmudi. Thank you Sultan htl
